The First Reading

Before anything else, a conversation.

Thirty minutes, no cost, no preparation.

What happens

You talk about your work. We ask questions. That's the whole call.

Afterwards, you receive one page: what your work is, what you appear to be trying to do, and where it sits in the world right now. Written plainly.

Not a proposal. Not a diagnosis. Just a clear reading of what's actually there.

Why start here

Most people describe their work differently every time they describe it. Not because they're unclear about it — because it grew faster than the language for it.

Seeing your work read back by someone outside it can be useful on its own. Sometimes that's enough. Sometimes it makes the gap visible.

Either way, you keep the page.

What it costs

Nothing.

What comes after — if you want it

Some read it and know exactly what to do next.

Others want to understand where the drift is, what's causing it, and what the work needs now. That's the second reading — The Living System Check-Up: one week, $900, resulting in a Living System Map of what holds, what's drifted, and what could change.

We only talk about that after you've read the first.
